At Forte Series, we want you to be fully satisfied with your grooming experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible products.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
